Summer In The Alps - A beautiful spot to relax and unwind or engage in the many activities available in and around Morzine, from biking (road or mountain) to walking, via horse riding, kayaking, sightseeing... and more.

 

The spectacular Pont du Diable (Devil’s Bridge), is only 2 kilometres from the chalet; Lake Geneva and the spa-towns of Thonon-les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains are approx. 20 kilometres away.  There is a supermarket with petrol/carwash facility 6 kilometres away from the chalet and a larger hypermarket about 24 kilometres distant.  The village of le Biot, which is within walking distance of the chalet, has a restaurant/bar, bakery, post office, tourist information point and tennis courts. The village of St. Jean D'Aulps is approx. 5 kilometres away and boasts one of the finest restaurants in the valley! The town of Morzine has a sports centre, tennis courts and banking facilities.

 

Towels , all linen, utilities and logs for the fire/fuel for BBQ are included in the price.  Please leave the chalet in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. The chalet is centrally heated via radiators and hot water is available constantly.  No smoking is allowed inside the property, however guests are welcome to smoke outside .  The chalet is cleaned between lets, however, if the chalet is left excessively dirty, then a cleaning fee of GB£50 will be payable.  A refundable damage deposit of £200 will be required.

 

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.  If the holiday start date is within 6 weeks, then full payment will be required.
The chalet will be ready for occupation by 3pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure
